The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine re-adopted the Law "On Amendments to some Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Enhancement of State Regulation in the Field of Housing Construction" adjusted for the President's Motions

Under the Law, "in case of reconstruction or major repairs of motor roads, railways, power lines, communication lines, pipelines or other linear communications within the public rights of way, the permit for construction works can be issued without submittal of documents certifying the ownership right or land plot use."

A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 2464.
